Station 03 · Zero point
Before any look, something holds
The dark — consistent, patient, prior — and the space with no clock and no ruler. The station the framework is named for.

Act I
The thing that was already true
before anyone arrived to check
held · the opening move
Take the light away and something still holds.
Turn off every lamp in a room and nothing about the room changes except your access to it. That is the whole of it, and it is easy to nod at and hard to build on. What is, and what is seen, are two different things joined by one act of looking.
So the dark is not empty and it is not spooky. It is consistent, patient, and prior — the part that was already true before anybody showed up with an instrument.
reaching · the reframe we stake
A divide is a seam, not a wall.
The sharpest misreading in the story is the one that met the dark honestly and then declared it unreachable, permanently, by anyone. We keep the honesty and refuse the verdict. A divide is where two things are joined, not a barrier keeping you out — and an observer does not stand exiled from the real, but on the crossing.
That single word is load-bearing for everything below it. A wall you mourn. A seam you engineer.
Act II
The bond, in the product
what has to hold before an answer means anything
held · checkable in the engine
The zero point is the contract, not the context.
When a request reaches our index it is answered in three states. Two of them are about your org: what it has lit, and what it has not. The third is not about your org at all — it is the parent contract the request has to implement, and it is there whether or not anyone here has ever looked at it.
It is reported whole, and deliberately never trimmed down to the part your org happens to have visited. Subtracting your looking from it would delete the very thing it names. The zero point is fully present; it is only little observed.
held · why the index is shaped this way
Two readings can only be compared if something under them holds.
An answer is one observer's reading at one moment. Two of them disagreeing tells you nothing on its own — not until you can say what both were reading. The bond is that shared thing: the structure a question implements, which does not move when the answer does.
Which is why the index is built around the bond rather than around the answer. Index answers and you have a cache that goes stale the moment the world moves. Index the contract and an answer can be replaced, argued with, or refuted, and the ground it stood on is still there for the next reader.
Build on the bond, and the answer can change without the ground moving.

P12proven
The zero point of any structured request is the parent contract the solution must implement — the named abstraction the domain expects (an interface or base class in code, a statute or doctrine in law, a theorem or proof technique in mathematics). Not generic syntactic scoping (the apparatus every domain has); not implication-derived patterns (those are children).
P0E-BONDa way of reading
The dark IS the bond; no higher point
The tags on each scene — held · mainstream · reaching · contested — say how hard we lean on it, from “load-bearing for us” to “kept on the page against us”. They are reading-marks, not standings: in our register, standing is derived by machine from kill-tests and evidence, and cannot be typed. Least of all here.
